B12 Shot (Intramuscular Injection) - $30

It plays a role in converting food into energy by helping to metabolize fats and carbohydrates. When there is a deficiency of B12, the body's energy production can be impaired, potentially leading to fatigue and reduced physical activity. By correcting this deficiency, B12 injections may help increase energy levels, which could indirectly support weight loss by enabling individuals to engage in more physical activity.

Vitamin D3 (Intramuscular Injection) - $25

Vitamin D is crucial to the building and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. Calcium, the primary component of bone, is only properly absorbed by your body when vitamin D is present. The most natural form of vitamin D is DIRECT sunlight. Many individuals living in colder climates require some form of vitamin D supplement, whether it is oral or an injection. There are not many foods that contain vitamin D, but you can find it in fortified milk, fortified cereals, and fatty fish, like salmon, mackerel, and sardines. Unfortunately, most people do not get the necessary amount of vitamin D through food sources, therefore, supplementation is needed.

Vitamin D3

Vitamin D3 is the perfect supplement as it is the natural form of vitamin D that your body makes from sunlight. Vitamin D can come in several forms. The two major forms are vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). The recommended form of vitamin D for supplementation is cholecalciferol, it's metabolized to its active form, calcitriol, which increases the body's absorption of calcium and phosphorus. Calcitriol may play a role in the immune system and can inhibit cancer growth and stimulate cell differentiation.
